I updated... and it hasn't even been a month!!! My goodness, this is surprising. It's not like me at all to actually produce more than one thing a month, but hey. What can I say; stranger things have happened.
I just let loose and had fun with some of my favorite mediums and techniques here. This was inked/colored entirely with brushes. NOT BRUSH PENS. Actual, honest-to-god painting brushes. Oh, and I'm also almost 100% sure that I made those lines on her stomach completely bassackwards from what they should be... Dang, I really should try and learn some anatomy. XD I didn't think about it right as I was doing this, but this is influenced by Becky Cloonan. Whenever I do something with brushes, it's almost always inherently influenced by her. <3 India ink, red and white acrylic on sketchbook paper, about 4 hours. |
